President's Weekend, Easter Week, Thankksgiving Week, and Christmas Week through New Years.

• Tentative reservations will be accepted by phone, email, or letter. There is a $390 minimum. On holidays there is a $880 minimum. A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due within 7 days of verbal confirmation of reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to first day of rental period. • Check in time is 3:00p.m.  Check out time is 11:00a.m.
  Weekend rentals begin Friday and end Sunday.
  Midweek rentals begin Sunday and end Friday.
  Three-day weekends begin Friday and end Monday.

• Tax: The rental is subject to an 8% Tuolumne County Room Tax.

• Cleaning & Damage. A $200.00 deposit is required and will be returned within two weeks of departure if no extraordinary cleaning or repairs are necessary. Cabin is operated on a housekeeping basis. Cleaning services are available for a fee. Arrangements must be made at time of final payment.

• Cancellations or reservation changes must be received 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations or changes received less than 30 days in advance of arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation and refunded only if the cabin re-rents minus a $20.00 administration fee.

• Pets must be approved. There is a $30.00 fee. Certain breeds may be excluded. (Cleaning/Damage costs will be taken off deposit.)
